it was in a practical location close enough to the shinsaibashi station as well as other shopping building, shinsaibashi and dotonbori area with lots of shopping places and restaurants and nice restaurants and dining options inside the building.

This was just an optimal selection for a weekend adventure in Osaka with good value for price. The view from the bed in the single beautiful room was excellent. I could see the sunrise over the city. Plan ahead for packed breakfast if you have an early departure.

The triple room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was well decorated and well-appointed with 2 double beds.

Perfect location in city centre for business and shopping, the metro station is basically in the basement of the building. Very comfortable room and amenities, nice and modern design. The hotel lends ironing tables/irons and electric adapters (at least from French to Japanese plug).
No WiFI (cable internet only, so does not work if you only have a smartphone), no possibility to have a room before check-in time.

Request a portable Wi-Fi router if the room's connection is weak. It worked great and kept us connected .

I stayed at Nikko many times and liked there location, services, amenities, spacious room. But now Nikko changed, rooms were very small,no Internet WiFi
No WiFi Internet even the hotel gave the WiFi converter. Cannot access while staying there. It was there at serial times I stayed. Now the rooms are small compared to price of 22,450¥/night I will not return again

Great location above subway station

Location is in the Shinsaibashi area, which is so crowded with shops, branded stores and malls. Many places to eat nearby hotel, so no need to worry even in the middle of the night if you feel hungry. Closed to subway station, one exit is below the hotel. The room is small. I can get a much bigger room with that price in Tokyo in Shinjuku area. But this hotel location is great. Dotonburi area is within walking distance, with a lot of shops along the way.
Room is small. Not enough space to move around. The double bed is small too.
